  • Registration for programs is processed through our third-party partners (LeagueApps and Zeffy)
  • Payment may be made online through these platforms or in-person at our facility
  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by T10 Sports Inc.

4. Facility Use and Assumption of Risk

All participants in T10 Sports Inc. programs and facility users must acknowledge:

By participating in any T10 Sports Inc. program, event, league, game, tournament, or activities, you acknowledge and agree that:

a) You understand that participation involves strenuous physical exertion and activities with inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical illness, injury, death, or other consequences. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation.

b) You agree to abide by all T10 Sports Inc. rules and regulations.

c) You expressly waive, release, and discharge T10 Sports Inc. and their respective officers, agents, instructors, employees, representatives, advisors, volunteers, assigns, and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury related to participation.

d) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T10 Sports Inc. from any demands, claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from participation in activities.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants, spectators, and visitors must:

  • Treat others with respect and good sportsmanship
  • Follow facility rules and staff instructions
  • Respect facility property and equipment

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates our code of conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of T10 Sports Inc. and protected by copyright laws.
